Laura Cracknell

Head of Operations

Laura joined the team in 2014 and now oversees the operations of the business ensuring all aspects of the agency run smoothly.

She also manages the company’s HR function having passed the CIPD level 5 Employment Law course in 2019.

Laura prides herself on being the Peregrine culture champion and ensures that the company continues to provide a great working environment for the team.

Laura is a certified Mental Health First Aider.
